Lest We Forget… – Illuminare

This week’s #Illuminare is a reminder of God’s promises to you:

I know what I’m doing. I have it all planned out — plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for. Jeremiah 29:11 MSG.
Do not be afraid — I am with you! I am your God – let nothing terrify you! I will make you strong and help you; I will protect you and save you. Isaiah 41:10 GNT.
The mountains and hills may crumble, but my love for you will never end; I will keep forever my promise of peace. So says the Lord who loves you. Isaiah 54:10 GNT.
If you want to know what God wants you to do, ask him, and he will gladly tell you, for he is always ready to give a bountiful supply of wisdom to all who ask him; he will not resent it. James 1:5 TLB.
But if we confess our sins to God, he will keep his promise and do what is right: he will forgive us our sins and purify us from all our wrongdoing. 1 John 1:9 GNB.
Never again shall you be called “The God-forsaken Land” or the “Land That God Forgot.” Your new name will be “The Land of God’s Delight” and “The Bride,” for the Lord delights in you and will claim you as his own. Isaiah 62:4 TLB.

Then call on me when you are in trouble, and I will rescue you, and you will give me glory. Psalm 50:15 NLT.
The Lord protects you and keeps you alive. He gives you prosperity in the land and rescues you from your enemies. Psalms 41:2 NLT.
For I will give you abundant water for your thirst and for your parched fields. And I will pour out my Spirit and my blessings on your children. Isaiah 44:3 TLB.
I will put my Spirit in you, and you shall live. And I will place you in your own land. Then you shall know that I, the Lord, have spoken it and performed it. Ezekiel 37:14 NKJV.

Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the one who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6 NKJV.
But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. 2 Thessalonians 3:3 NKJV.
The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord shall preserve you from all evil; he shall preserve your soul. Psalm 121: 6-7 NKJV.

God is good, a hiding place in tough times. He recognises and welcomes anyone looking for help, no matter how desperate the trouble. Nahum 1:7 MSG.
Do not be grieved, for the joy of the Lord is your strength. Nehemiah 8:10 ESV.
The name of the Lord is a strong fortress; the godly run to him and are safe. Proverbs 18:10 NLT.
He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength. Isaiah 40:29 ESV.
No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13 ESV.
I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid. John 14:27 NLT.
If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9 ESV.

Remember this: sin will not conquer you, for God already has! You are not governed by law but governed by the reign of the grace of God. Romans 6:14 TPT.
Obstacles as great as mountains will disappear before you. Zechariah 4:7 GNT.
He will achieve infinitely more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceed your wildest imagination! He will outdo them all, for his miraculous power constantly energizes you. Ephesians 3:20 TPT.
